5 Signs It’s Time to Get a Virtual Assistant

When you first started your business, you might have let yourself dream about how much you could grow, how many clients you’d have, how many revenue streams would be coming in, and how you’d eventually bring on help for the grand empire you’re building.

But now that’s it reality - business is booming! - when is it the right time to bring on support?

Well, here’s a little checklist:

1. You’re Always Running Out of Time

Are you always wishing there were more hours in the day? You thought it was Tuesday but it’s actually Wednesday? You’re pulling out the emergency pork pies from the freezer because you genuinely did not have time to make a proper lunch? And every time you think you’ll be able to get that one thing done that you’ve been putting off for weeks, something else comes up and you have to push it back again.

2. Administrative Tasks Are Taking Over

Let’s say you’re a glamorous professional stylist. You probably started your business because you like fashion, not because you are absolutely in LOVE with data entry... But as your business grows, so does the admin, and suddenly you’re the Head Administrator!

3. You’re Missing Opportunities

Great news! Someone saw that LinkedIn post from 6 months ago, they’ve stalked your entire profile, they’re converted - success! They send you a message to get started… Next week, they send another… Then the next week, you finally spot it in your DMs and they’ve gone with someone else now… Not a success.

4. You’re Feeling Burned Out

You’re getting so much done, you’re like Superwoman, you are #riseandgrind for the win! But cut to 3 months of doing that, and now you’re a bit #bedrotting on your side watching TikToks until your brain is numb. #fail

5. You’re Ready to Scale Your Business

Okay, so you’re actually doing fine! You’ve not overworked yourself, you’ve got a healthy balance going with your business and your personal life. But you’re ready for more.

If you’ve ticked even 3 out of 5 of these, then it’s time to get a Virtual Assistant. A VA will do the things that eat up your time, the admin that you don’t enjoy, you’ll never miss a potential client, you’ll #thrive, and your business can go to the next level.

If you’re ready to start working with a VA, then check out my Services page to get going.
